Congregational Commitment, Nominations, and Assimilation -

...will glorify God by involving every member within the life and ministry of St. Andrew Church.

1) Make recommendations to the congregation concerning nominations for church officers.
2) Nominate and secure members to serve on sessional committees, sub-committees and task forces when requested.
3) Provide the appropriate committee with members' involvement interests.
4) Assimilate all members into the life and work of the church.
6) Serve as clearing house to ensure that all members have an opportunity to serve within the church and that no members are overburdened.
7) Continually seek to reactivate "inactive" members.
8) Initiate and maintain contact with all members, providing them with information about stewardship and the opportunities for participation in St. Andrew Church.
5) Promote good and appropriate stewardship among the members.
9) See that new members are quickly assimilated into our fellowship.
10) Create and conduct with PPF the congregation's annual stewardship campaign.
11) Create and maintain Time & Talent database of membership.
