Property and Maintenance -

...will glorify God by being good stewards over all our church property and grounds.

1) Research and provide suggestions as to present building utilization as it pertains to space allocations.
2) Recommend implementing routine as well as emergency repair measures.
3) Provide the session and the congregation with the appropriate data needed to consider possible future physical plant adaptations, renovations, and additions.
4) Ensure that the grounds are routinely mowed and maintained and that the shrubs and flowers, etc. are cared for in appropriate manners.
5) Supervise all other building or ground repair/alterations.
6) Coordinate special workdays.
7) Create, update, and administer the building/grounds "use policy" of the church.
8) In conjunction with the pastor, provide supervision of the church's custodial staff.
